Terms of Use

What this is
VTryItOn is a free, best-effort tool that lets you preview how a garment might look on you, using AI image generation run on free Hugging Face infrastructure. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Results are an approximation
The generated image is an AI approximation of how a garment might look — it is not a guarantee of real-world fit, sizing, color accuracy, or drape. Don't rely on it for purchase decisions where exact fit matters. Results can occasionally look distorted, mismatched, or simply wrong, especially with unusual poses, cluttered backgrounds, or garments photographed worn on another person rather than as flat product shots.
Only upload what you have the right to
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given their consent, and only garment photos you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or intended to impersonate, harass, or deceive someone.
No warranty, best-effort availability
This tool runs on free-tier infrastructure with shared, limited GPU capacity. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Engines can be slow, asleep, at capacity, or briefly unavailable — we make a reasonable effort to fail over and to be clear when that happens, but we don't guarantee uptime or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this tool.
Fair use of free capacity
Free generation capacity is limited and shared among all visitors. Please don't attempt to automate, scrape, or abuse the tool in a way that denies capacity to other people.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
